Stefan Schwarzer, who works at the Informationsdienst Wissenschaft e. V. (http://idw-online.de/public/), is leading the software development team. He is experienced in about a dozen computer languages and developed a high liking for Python as the system at work is currently rebuilt with Python.

Based upon his work, Stefan has additionally written a book: "Workshop Python", published at Addison-Wesley (http://www.sschwarzer.net/python/workshop_python.html).

Stefan has achieved a doctor's degree in Chemical Engineering. In this subject, he is mainly interested in process simulation.
